IMPORTANT MINOR RIDER IMFORMATION
PLEASE use JOINT waiver for minors with BOTH parents. SOLE custody waiver is ONLY for minors with 1 parent who has LEGAL SOLE CUSTODY. ALL minors MUST have at least 1 parent onsite at ALL times. Please contact us BEFORE you arrive if you have any questions.
